Developed long-termed partnerships with many outside companies such as; lien holders, local MVD facilities, and 3rd party MVD service locations. Maintained an organized and very detail oriented work environment for my staff. In addition, I assisted with the In- House loan company to assure all accounts were current and managed properly and efficiently.
