RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping assets and equipment in good condition, well configured and safe to perform their intended function.
Perform all maintenance activities including Preventive, Predictive, Corrective, Overhauls, Design modification and Emergency maintenance in an effective manner.
Conserve and Control the use of spare parts and material.
Forecasting of spare parts.
To prepare the check list of the machine.
To prepare the log book.
Maintenance in planned way.
Supervision of coal handling plant.
Visual inspection of machine parts.
Prepare and submit the work completion report,daily progress report to the manager.
To check that all repairs are performed correctly or not.
Analysis of machine failure.
Maintain good client relation at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To visit captive power plant and inspection of all conveyor belt and running equipment.
Collect defect on running plant.
Prepare defect log book.
Housekeeping and equipment cleaning.
Supervision of mechanical maintenance work.
Prepare check list of machine.
Submit the work completion report to the manager.
Maintenance of all type of pump (CWP, MDBFP, TDBFP ) All type of valve, cooling tower, and boiler accessories
PROJECT UNDERTAKEN
Chute and hopper modification work.
Idler frame, idler and vibrating serene mat repairing.
