Electrochemical micromachining (µECM) is one type of this process does not create any defective layer after machining. Electro Chemical Micro Machining

(ECMM) machines are used to cut metals of any hardness or that are difficult or impossible to cut with traditional methods. We have analyzed the output results like Metal removal rate

(MRR), Cylindricity and Overcut of Nitinol alloy using Electrochemical micro machining process by input parameters like voltage, feed rate etc.. ACHEIVEMENTS
