TECHNICAL SKILLS

Create a MEPQR (Mitsubishi Engineering Product Quality Report) on top warranty claims by receiving details from the technician and obtain necessary data (trouble code, vehicle electrical data, and etcs.)

Verify the defect of the returned item by assembling it to the vehicle and perform a test drive

Review all source of data (Current and previous MEPQR, warranty claims, and etcs.) to assist field with repair of unresolved 7-day Techline cases

Validate TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) on a pool vehicle and evaluate the effectiveness

Present a quality audit result to upper management and related departments
