Talent Acquisition:
Manage end to end recruitment process starting staffing requisition creation to new employee on-boarding.
Ensure accurate and timely job postings on career-sites and the internal referral job portal of BI WORLDWIDE.
Handle the vendor empanelment process, price negotiation and business partnering with search firms for resourcing.
Maintain the recruitment MIS and periodic status reporting to the management On boarding & Induction
Invite the prospective candidates for a pre – joiner orientation, to increase the interest in the prospect.
Conducting HR Induction for the new hires & making them aware of the company, Rules, Policies and Procedures, coordinating with other departments for induction.
Conducting weekly audits of new joiners’ files as per ISO 27000 standards.

Grievance Handling
Acting as an Employee partner counseling and managing grievances on work and other related issues to maintain a healthy work environment.

Employee Engagement
Own the employee engagement programs across all location (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi).
Handle the budget and manage the P&L for the employee engagement.
Involved in planning for the Fun/Sports and Corporate Social Responsibility activities
Organizing events like BI Connect (Town hall) and festive celebrations, arranging Otherside

Employee Wellness:
Own the Wellness programs across all Locations (Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai & Delhi).
Present the Wellness strategy with CEO and CFO for the year and to manage the budget for the year.
Handle the budget and manage the P&L for the employee wellness.
Organize Annual health checks for all employees across locations
Organize talk sessions as a part of wellness for the employees.
Introduce new initiates to engage every employees of BI WORLDWIDE. Rewards and Recognition
Connecting with Leads/Managers to get nominations for every quarter’s awards.
Working on reward and recognition strategies, revamping it year on year and arriving at improvements for quarterly recognition plans
Plan for giveaways and gift vouchers for the winners every month.
Plan for the trophies and gifts for associates who complete 3, 5 and 10 years’ service with the organization.
Exit Management:
Send resignation acceptance, start the relieving procedure.
In case of retention, discussion with BU Heads on assessment and performance review and with employee,
Conducting exit interviews.
Prepare and issue relieving letter along with other exit formalities ensuring clearance from all departments.
Ensure that the clearance is given from all department as a part of ISO standards. Other responsibilities
Key representative from the HR team for ISO Audits. Maintain and ensure all processes and documents are as per ISO standards and legal compliance
