To develop innovative ideas to improve the process in all the aspects.

To ensure updating of all the Control charts, Shift operating condition, 4M check sheet & shift equipment check sheet etc. operation record on daily basis. 3. Manpower Development-

Education & Training to be given to all the operators about the machines, systems and modern concept of TPM, KAIZEN, 5S & Safety (Skill Matrix Up gradation).
