DATA SCIENCE PROJECTS

Project 1:

Platform: PYTHON LOAN PREDICTION Dataset :7000 observations 14 variables Objective: The objective is to identify the customer segments and predict who’s are eligible for loan amount so that we can specifically target these customers

• Exploratory data analysis is done to understand the features of the data set and missing values are imputed

• Observe each variable impact on output

• Applied ensemble Random Forest and KNN .

Accuracy:

Random Forest=89.2%

KNN=84.01%

Project 2:

Platform : R AUTO DATASET Dataset : 392 Observations 8 Variables Objective: Analysis to be carried by understanding the Auto data and how the mpg is affected by the predictors like horsepower, displacement, weight, cylinders etc.

• Exploratory data Analysis is done to understand the features of the dataset and missing values are imputed

• Check and correct linearity, normality of errors and multicollinearity if present in the dataset

• Multiple Linear Regression Model is built to check the linearity between the mpg and other independent variables

HACKATHONS

• Predictive analytics solution for identifying loan defaulters using python (L&T Data Science FinHack conducted by Analytics Vidhya)

• Predictive analytics solution for identifying customers who make the transaction by using python (conducted by Kaggle)
