b)ensuring quick & speedily action while there is a breakdown and minimizing down time to a bare minimum,

c)Ensuring full utilization of departmental as well as contractual manpower.

d)Planning for electrical equipments & spares and their management.

e)Planning jobs and Shut Down.

5.Planning of Manpower for Daily Job Plan & Preparation of Shift Schedule.

6.Processing of Vendor Bills against Service Orders

7.Training plan for Equipments Processes, Electrical Safety Practices & providing to Sub Ordinates.

DEPUTY MANAGER 2013 – 2015

Duty & Responsibility:

1.Store Maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation spares.

2.Ensuring smooth working of all transmitters (Flow, pressure, Level), DPT, Thermocouple, Ultrasonic Radar, RTD, Control Valves & Weighing System in Instrumentation.

3.Ensuring least downtime, called upon during shift breakdowns as specialist.

4.Shut down planning is entrusted upon me.

5.Key member of the team maintaining Healthiness of HT Equipments in BF-II.

6.Lead Projects of Power Saving, Safety Barrier Alarm for Railways Track at BF-II.

7.As during and after commissioning of Blast Furnace, I worked with complete satisfaction to management, I have been made now the Area In-Charge of Stock House & HT Sub-Station of BF-II and In charge for smooth working of Blast furnace Electrical & Instrumentation system & shift manpower utilization.

8.Also working at SAP (an ERP package) in Blast furnace E&I Deptt.

1.I was the key person in commissioning & maintenance of power transformer 6.6kv/ 415V –2/1.6MVA, VCB (Siemens), HT ISOLATOR, PCC, MCC of Siemens, GE Power, ABB & L&T Switchgears.

2.I was declared with the “GEM of JSPL” AWARD in 2007.

Achievements :

During commissioning & testing of Electrical & Instrumentation system of Blast furnace – 1 (351 m3) & Blast Furnace – 2 (1681 m3), my role was appreciated.

Achievements :

During commissioning of 351 m3 Blast Furnace, I participated and multi skill training was imparted to me. I became an important member of the team.

c.I worked/working for ISO 9001 & 14001 implementation,
