As a contact customer service representative, my duties were to answer the toll free product line to assist the public with their tax accounts, such as adjusting accounts while the customer on hold due to math errors. We also set up installment agreements for those customers who were not able to full pay their tax accounts. Also explained interest and penalties which accrued because accounts were not full paid by tax deadlines.

As a tax examiner, my duties were to get assigned case work which were taxpayer inquiries regarding their tax accounts. The cases would very from corresponding to the taxpayer regarding refund and gave them their refund dates when to expect them to adjusting accounts due to math errors, and also giving those tax payers who could not full pay their tax liabilities by the tax deadline. Also explained penalties and interest that accrued on accounts that were not paid in full.

As a numbering clerk, my duties were to number tax forms such as 1040ez,1040a,1040, and 1040x's as well. We were given a cart that held 3,200 tax forms that we were to number and finish that entire cart and had to at least finish as many carts possible due to us being on production.
