Procure products from vendor depending upon customer need as well as stock orders

Pull in, push out and cancellation based on customer requirement.

Stock transfer from one warehouse to another warehouse.

Placing purchase order, Sales order creation and following up for data sheet, getting approval from management in reasonable time

Placing Zinc and back to back order according to the stock availability in warehouse

Coordinating with supplier, quality department and Project Managers / Department for getting inspection done to enable smooth delivery in right time. Proper recording and scrutiny of the complaints received in time.

Maintaining and developing external party relationships.

Responsible for material movements (Outbound) in accordance with contractual terms (INCO) of the Customer.

Provide material movement reports and complete shipment status.

Handling the Queries in placing the orders and creating the Inbound Delivery Note to run smoothly for GRN (Goods Receipt Notification) on time

Responsible for managing the new products and material availability, Logistics flow & routing, stock decisions and interacting with relevant operations team such as Purchasing, Customer service, Logistics, Finance etc.

Intercompany Transfers and Documentation:

Generating manual OBDN for the ICPO’s and allocating waves for shipments.

Releasing the allocated waves for collecting the products (Goods) by logistics team and arranged for shipment.

Generating documents for customs clearance and submit to respective documentation team in time.

Products handling:

Handling volume products such as HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, Dell, Western digital SanDisk and Microsoft.

Handling telecommunication products such as Lenovo, Alcatel, and Apple.
