Presently working with Tata Projects Limited as Site Engineer-Civil Karnal Sewerage Project (From January -2019 to till date) Project Value: 178.80 Cr.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.

Checking plans, drawings, and quantities.

Preparation of BBS.

Preparing subcontractor bill as well as client bill.

Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce including attending review meetings regarding progress and related to work.

Ensuring of all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.

Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect.

Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines/target.

Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Preparing reports as required.

Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
