1.Outperformed in integration and installation activities of electromechanical and Pneumatically controlled heavy packaging machines such as Vertical form fill Sealers (VFFS), Horizontal form fill sealers (HFFS), by following the assembly drawings.

2.Performing the Preventive maintainance and troubleshooting the drive trains and belt transmissions and coolant pumps and hydraulic circuits for the form fillers,ribbon mixers and flow Wraps. Maintenance of the production plant equipment such as belt and mechanized roller conveyers,drive and gear trains,VFD’s, band sealers, Pneumatic printers, air compressors components and enclousures, Check ware and metal detectors by following the safty rules stipulated by OSHA with in FDA regulated environment and maintaining the documentation as per the required sops.

3.Trouble shooting the process problems and finding the optimized solutions for maintining the product quality and to maintain the product flow.

4.Conduct research for the selection and assembly of various valves for regulating pertaining to high pressure air flow and pressurized liquid in meeting the machinery requirements for its optimum functioning.

Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO)(Mechanical Design Engineer): July 2014-October 2016

1.Performed Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for Identifying and determining the critical design location of air intake mechanism for DMRJ, and making the required design modifications basing on Design Failure mode and effect analysis (DFMEA) and Design for manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).

2.Successfully designed and fabricated the Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic (GFRP) components (Creo and solid works) for thermal isolation of the cryogenic fuel storage tank from the rest of the vehicle and collaborated with the team for successful integration with cryogenic upper stage separation mechanism to the vehicle.

3.Successfully developed the testing procedure through design of Experiments(DOE) by following the principles of DFMA for performing the structural and functional tests, by building a specialized airframes and structures for the simulation of Aerodynamic and centrifugal loads, that acts on the system during flight condition using pressurized hydraulic systems equipment form BOSCH, for DMRJ Cowl opening module.

4.Data acquisition and data analysis form test using LabView and comparing with the theoretical design values and taking the required steps for meeting the requirements.

5.Generated a Mathematical modal for a four bar linkage to estimate the velocities and angular dispalcement for the cowl opening mechanism using matlab.

6.Generated an optimized design and 3D modals of air sealing system along with detailed drawing to completely inhibit the air flow from the flow duct,applying the principles of Design for Assembly and Manufacturing (DFAM) and DFMEA when the vehicle is at higher speeds of the order of Mach number 6.0 basing on the design specification.

7.Actively designed and generated the 3D models of the Mounting brackets and mechanism components of Hold and Release system (HRS) for Thermal Probe Deployment and insertion system of Cha(STE) for CHANDRAYAN-2 and perform the structural and kinematic analysis for the same for various load conditions.

8.Successfully determine the tolerances and perform the tolerance stack up analysis on the components of air intake cowl opening mechanism to achieve the Assembly fits for the generation of part drawing as a reference for the fabrication unit. Determined and verified the tolerances for the coverbushes, spherical bearing and side and central mounting brackets for the connecting link that transmits the motion form actuator to the cowl by Program alterations and utilizing corordinate measuring machine (CMM).

9.Successfully designed, and fabricated the special tools, jigs,fixtures,clamps to make the machining and assembly process of the flow duct and combustion chamber to the DMRJ and Collaborated with the team for Integration of the mechanism and air sealing system to Dual Mode Ramjet (DMRJ) Module.

Research work: Jan 2017-May 2019

1.Successfully determined the fin configuration and fin number to maximize the efficiency of a dynamic cold plate (part of a heat sink) by manipulating the design and regulating the fluid flow for better effective cooling of electronic systems.

2.Assisted as a research volunteer in Mathematical modeling and analysis of Multi body dynamic system using MATLAB and LABVIEW in estimating the masses of the bodies.

3.Successfully designed and developed Multi directional spark discharge system(MDSD) for four stroke IC engine and tested it for various load conditions and generated the graphs for various parametes vs Torque.

4.Successfully estimated the thermal load boundary conditions in the process of optimization of PCB buildup layer configuration in wafer level chip scale packaging (WCSP), for packaging of electronic component systems in Ansys.

5.Accurately Designed and performed tolerance stackup analysis,DFMA and DFMEA of a 2 way normally open solenoid valve.

6.Successfully designed(Using Creo) and fabricated Multi Directional Saprk Disharge system (MDSD) for IC engines
