EXPERIENCE
Orient Electric Limited May '18 – June ‘18
Intern at Research and Development Department
Worked extensively with the R&D team and assisted in development of 14W LED Bulb by analyzing its electrical properties, thermal readings, goniometer readings.
We also modified the current 14W Orient LED Light bulbs on a reduced Size PCB using MT7845F IC which resulted in lower temperatures on core and on the IC. SKILLS
PCB designing using Altium Designer
MATLAB Programming
FPGA Prototyping using Intel's Quartus Prime
Orcad and Pspice Simulation
Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Blender - Modelling, Sculpting and Animation
ONLINE CERTIFICATIONS
Power Electronics Specialization Coursera
Introduction to Power Electronics Converter Circuits Converter Control
PCB Designing using Altium Designer Udemy
Introduction to FPGA Design for Embedded Systems Coursera
Introduction to Internet of Things and Embedded Systems Coursera
The Arduino Platform and C Programming Coursera PROJECTS
Gesture Controlled Home Automation for Disabled People We used a accelerometer for the gesture movements which was connected to Arduino Uno and this signal was transmitted and received with the help of Xbee by another Arduino Uno that was connected to home appliances through relays.
Brain Computer Interface
We use TrueScan to collect EEG signals. These EEG signals are converted into electrical signals using a Data Acquisition Card. Once we get the electrical output we use it for different applications like home automation and controlling wheelchair.
Footstep Power Generator
We used a piezoelectric sensor, which produces voltage when pressure is applied on it. This voltage is used to charge up the battery which can light up the streets during night time. These sensors will be laid on the footpath which charges the battery in the day time
Assembling of a Quadcopter
A workshop was held in our university, where we were trained to build a quadcopter from scratch. We assembled the frame, soldered the flight controller, ESCs and motors. HONOURS & CERTIFICATIONS
