I have completed my Management Assistant N6 course at Boland Collage and have 3years working experience. I believe I will be an asset to the team. I enjoy a challenge and although I can work alone, I prefer to work in a team, which is one reason why I want to apply to your company. I see this job opportunity as a great way to broaden my skills and knowledge to ultimately benefit the company.

Since working in the administration field my daily duties included; preparing for meetings typing out memos, agendas and taking minutes. Handling the petty cash, doing the recons on Petty cash/Vendor payments ect. General front office duties, meet and greet clients, Ordering stationery and office supplies. Stock control and data capturing as well as preparing the invoices and other financials for auditors. Operating the switchboard as well correspondence and queries. I am computer literate with advanced skills in the MS office 360 system.

I’m organized, highly motivated to accept responsibilities and to be thorough in completion of any task assigned to me by superiors. I am easy going and always willing to assist others. My open mind and friendly personality allow me to relate well to people and team activities.
