Rice Transplanter (Aug2016 – Dec2016)
Objective of this project is to transplant paddy samplings into ground with less human effort. Which reduces fatigue involved in the process and only single labour can finish work in short time.
Grape Yard Weed Remover (Aug2017 – Dec2017)
It was undertaken as mini project as part of curriculum. The project deals with removing weeds grown in between two plants in a single row with the help of hydraulic motor attached to the tractor. Different parameters like speed and depth of cut can be controlled by driver so that working period is reduced and it is more economical to Indian Farmers.
HP Laser Jet Printer CATIA Model (Jan2018 – May2018) Laser printer is an assembly which includes sub-assemblies which again includes many complex parts. These parts were modeled using different workbenches of CATIA such as part design, generative shape design and assembly design. CAREER OBJECTIVE

Achieving Level Production and Reducing PPM (Jan2019 – May2019) It was undertaken as major project in Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery, Dharwad as a part of curriculum. The project directs towards the implementation of 5S and 3T in sheet metal processing industry, line balancing in manufacturing of oil tank for excavator, fixture design is performed for leakage test of oil tank. To eliminate leakage spots in excavator operator cabin, quality analysis is performed and design changes in construction of cabin are suggested.

M M Industrial Controls Pvt Ltd – Dharwad
Detailed observation is done on the manufacturing of fuel tank, backhoe loader operator cabin and methods such as seven quality control tools, fish bone diagram to test the quality of product. Completed project titled “Study of fixture designing for fuel tanks”.
Tata Hitachi Construction Machinery – Dharwad
Detailed observation is done on the manufacturing of different types of backhoe loaders. Completed project titled “Achieving Level Production and Reducing PPM” under supply chain management department.
