INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, KSA (JCIA, ACHSI, CBAHI, AABB Accredited. MCCN member) The appointment started as part time consultation since international medical center commissioned on Dec-2006. After establishing the Renal Dialysis Center as state-of-art center, the CEO and CNO convinced me to sign a full-time employee as RDC Nurse Manager. At the same time, I had been selected to start with TQM department to prepare the hospital for JCI as first accreditation on 2008 which we succeeded in an excellent score. Jun-2009, promoted on the level of Assistant Director of Nursing as Nursing Quality Coordinator where I had the chance to work with other departments. Some of the tasks related to accreditations, pojects, scheduling, interviewing committee member, inventory, job description and performance appraisal committee member, overtime and payroll activities, ARAMCO and specialty Nursing Team. Several accomplishments achieved as JCI and ACHSI accreditations.Jan-2015 Promoted as Performance Improvement Manager under Clinical Support Services, Nursing department where I had the chance to develop and published; for the first time in the hospital ;the Performance Improvement Plan which was appreciated from administration and used as a guide to other departments.Dec-2017, due to changes in administration, I returned to Nursing Administration as new challenge position as first Manager for Informatics in the hospital. Jan-2019, signed the non-renewal contract for shifting my career to new challenges in another organizations.

Designed and developed VARD database which improved the compliance with MOH vaccination platform from 77% to 100% within two weeks.

Completed HESN project with MOH requirements within two months (ZERO missing data).

Analyzed and published Antimicrobial Report for 2017 and 2018. (From 135K raw data)

Enhanced discharge process at HIS and reduce the delay of physical discharge (nursing) by 45%

Planned and developed Nursing Administration Database for management and educational profile. Later, Hospital adapted the process for Hospital Administration Database with ERP.

Restructured the process of staff scheduling and deployed the new process as Staff Rota Organizer which improved in monitoring the staff overtime 100%,abscentism 100%,staff allocation 100%, user friendly, and improve patient safety within six months. The project was approved to be presented in the “2nd Euro Global Congress on Nursing & Healthcare – Paris, France” as few topics selected.

Provide framework for development of Performance Improvement Plan, Operational and Key Performance Indicators “OPI” and ”KPI” that support initiatives to tackle and improve the process.

Achievements:

• Re-designed the process by deploying an interactive program to resolve the Hospital Equipment Inventory Management.(Time saved>95%, accurate 100% “Scanning”, 100% compliance with infection control standards, PPM monitored by 100%, Zero mistake for checking the device twice, Device movement detected by 100%, Money saved more than 97%).

• Developed the Nursing Performance Improvement Plan. Collecting 83 performance measures where a lot of projects and improvements carried out. After successful implementation, I was given the task to support Radiology and Medical Record departments in their Performance Improvement Plan which was successfully implemented.

• Dashboard developed accordingly.

• Automated nursing medical record forms within the Hospital Information System which was resulted in aligning and integrating the care in an efficient and effective approach. (Optimize the nursing forms from 105 to 71 nursing forms)
