-Collect and verify data on indicators reported by the assigned Family Health Units (FHUs) in the targeted areas, and produce analytical reports on the findings, as per the project performance indicators framework.

-Collect and verify data from selected FHUs to assist in establishing a baseline for performance of the targeted FHUs before project interventions, and in conducting post-assessment to help in producing analytical evaluation reports (pre/post assessment of the project) as per the project assessment framework.
