Major project title: “Synthesis,Characterization and Application of Graphene oxide/Copper oxide Nanoparticles”
Description: This project deals about, initially synthesis of Graphene oxide by Hummer’s method.Next step is to synthesise Copper oxide and Characterize both the nanoparticles. After getting standard results both the particles were blended. And its applications were studied.
Minor project title : “Preparation of Lightweight bricks from coconut shell powder”
Description: The bricks are made from coconut shell powder by burning 6
hours which can withstand compression and lighter than the standard bricks.
INTERNSHIP:
Internship at MCF Mangalore.
EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES:
Industrial visit to Ken agritech private limited,Hubli.
WORKSHOP ATTENDED:
Participated in One day National Conference on “Recent Advances in Chemical, Biochemical and Environmental Engineering (RACBEE-2016)”.
National Seminar on “Recent Trends in Industrial Safety Engineering” conducted at SDMCET.
Attended the “chemical safety” training program for 2 days conducted by Mangalore Institute of Fire and Safety Engineering-MIFSE.
