Job Profile:
In-Process and Pre-Dispatch Inspection:
Co-ordinate with quality engineers for daily monitoring of quality data through review meetings.
Responsible for all quality documentation as per ISO/TS 16949 requirement.
To carry out Process & Product audit as per plan.
Responsible for validation of Master Samples, Limit samples and gauges for checking.
Responsible for in-process, final product inspection and pre-dispatch inspection.
Daily monitoring of PPM data and taking corrective actions.
Daily MIS and KPI data monitoring with review of action plans on it and present the same during Management Review Meetings.
Responsible for quality of all outgoing parts being dispatched to customers.
To carry out crimp section validation, receiving and testing fixtures validation.
To plan and implement improvements and kaizen through TPM policy.
Customer Support:
To handle customer complaints and do root cause analysis with the help of tools like 8D, 6W2H, Fishbone Diagrams. Etc
To handle field complaints and warranty failure analysis along with design department.
To regularly update customer PPM on monthly basis and present the same during Management review Meetings.
To conduct weekly CFT meeting with all concern departments to discuss customer concerns and other quality issues affecting customer’s requirements.
Plan and execute regular customer visits for feedback and improvement.
To co-ordinate during customer visit / audit.
To submit PPAP for any new or modified products per customer requirement.
To review APQP for any new parts development along with design department.
To take care of the customer specific requirements.
