• Maintenance of vibrating screens, stacker cum reclaimers, Pipe conveyor and

auxilaries in CHP i.e, dust extaction and dust suppression system etc.

• Maintenance works related to Gearboxes, Conveyors, conveyor belt Replacement,

vulcanizing, Pulley lagging, hydraulic equipment overhauling(valves & pumps).

• Erection execution & Commissioning Open yard conveyors with a capacity of 3600tph

& 3.15m/sec.

• Erection execution & commissioning of stacker cum reclaimers (3960 TPH capacity).

• Erection & commissioning of Dust extraction systems.

• Erection & commissioning of Coal sampling units (100 TPH capacity).

• Erection & commissioning of Dust suppression system (25 – 150mm diameter).

• Succesfully carried out steel structure fabrication & erection of nearly 2,200MT(Pipe

Racks) & 10,00MT (CHP) in a span of 10 months.
