Forecast market demand
-Annually and monthly forecasting of products demand through analyzing previous production records over the past months and years. Production planning
-Conducting computations and leading expert groups in order to estimate the final monthly market request with the minimum deviation from the budget.
-Setup and Presentation (Master Production Schedule) (MPS), Provide a production schedule for all workstations, in full details such as date, type of products, type of formulation and raw material consumption requirement rate, number of required workforces, defining machinery roots based on capacity limits (Capacity Requirement Planning). Then collecting and checking production information for comparison the production plan amount with actual production quantities and updating the production plan to cover monthly request. Analyze the reason of machinery breakdown by recording daily necessary information and then accomplish corrective actions due to eliminate breakdown reasons in order to increase productivity through improving production efficiency. Monitoring improvement of indicators and production capacity efficiency for assure of reducing overtime work, reducing workload and reducing the waste. Material Requirement Planning
-Providing (Bill of Material) (BOM) list and identifying the processes normal waste in additions to (MPS) as input information for the material planning.
-Setting and presenting (Material Requirement Planning) (MRP) by day, week, month and year, and update any input changes to scheduled tables. (Check my ONLINE portfolio part 8).
-Issuance and checking raw material purchase orders, according to MRP outputs.
-Synchronization production schedules with the timing of receiving the purchased items, according to the timing of delivering products to the customer (customer requisition timing).
Determine the capacity of the production lines, improve efficiency and productivity, and analyze the fixed price

-Improve the production capacity through the lines balancing and provide justification plans in order to machine purchasing at bottleneck points to increase the capacity of production lines.
