McLaughin Research - Classified

Yokohama Tire - Repaired and maintained 6 “Mission Critical” Microsoft Access databases linked to over 90 tables in SQL server databases in the Finance organization. Converted all databases and VBA code to Microsoft Access 2016 and re-connected each to relevant SQL Servers.

NBTY – Developed a Training Tracking database for a large Pharmaceutical manufacturing company.

Naval Coatings – Developed a SAGE 300 SQL linked Invoicing system for a Navy subcontractor

Developed an algorithm for dramatically improving ability of LED manufacturing process to hit the desired color target. The Patent application is completed. Established a complete and effective supply chain and associated software (Tensoft Fabless Semiconductor Manufacturing / Great plains).

Developed a Quality system using Flow charts on VISIO and an Access Database as well as a custom Excel VBA program that calculates FIT rates.

Created an Access database to track and report customer visits and action items to be shared by the team. Created an Excel / Access structure to allow the sales team to develop forecasts and send them in to headquarters for easy integration into the Access Database.

Developed an Access Database that used the forecast, backlog, shipping and other data to give management a “Dashboard” look at the state of the company.
