TITLE: EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS OF SINUSOIDAL LEADING EDGE TUBERCLES WITH THE EFFECT OF CAMBER

(AERODYNAMICS) (Bachelor’sDegreeproject (Senior Year)at Anna University–Chennai, India) The idea of using Tubercles Airfoil for passive flow control was inspired from leading edge geometry of the humpback whale flipper. NACA series (1121,2121,3121,4121) Airfoil with both “attached and Non-attached leading edge tubercles” are fabricated and Performance analysis like Lift, Drag, Moment calculations at different Reynolds numbers are investigated over a wide range of Angle of Attack, by using force balance equipment and boundary layer flow separation by smoke flow visualization. TITLE: DESIGN OF A SUPERSONIC MULTIROLE FIGHTER AIRCRAFT (AIRCRAFT DESIGN PROJECT) Performance analysis: Weight Estimation, Power Plant, Lift & Drag Estimation, V-n Diagram. Structural Analysis: Load Estimation of Wing and Fuselage, Landing Gear Design, Structural Layout. UNDERGRADUATE COURSEWORK
