Test pressures vary due to length, diameter and hose type
Minimal test pressure is 150 psig to 320 psig and the dwell time is two minutes.
After test are completed tags are made with test information and test conditions for tractability for all hoses tested.
The test pressures range from 90 psig to 6000 psig.
Hoses with diameters greater than three inches the dwell time increase to a three-minute dwell time.
After completion of pressure test visual inspections are performed for any signs of damage.
