For over 15 years I have engaged myself in the world of HealthCare Informatics where I have used my skills and expertise to support varies HealthCare Institutions with their implementations of Electronic Medical Records (EMR). I have provided the service of Clinical Analyst, Trainer, Optimization Analyst, and Pre/Post-Go Live Support. It has been my duties to provide optimum service to my clients in order to satisfy a successful outcome with their EMR implementation. I continue to provide service as independent consultant of EMR. Project Coordinator for Cerner’s Rev Cycle, Inpatient Rehab Scheduling and Computer Assisted Coding (CAC)

Classroom Trainer/SME and elbow support of Inpatient and Outpatient use of CERNER.

Curriculum Development/Classroom Training for Centralized Scheduling, Rehab Scheduling, SurgiNet Anesthesia, Patient Access, HIM, Ancillary, PowerChart, PowerChart Ambulatory (PCA), Dynamic Doc and PowerNotes.

The Support of Cerner CommunityWx Solutions and Millenium Solutions: FirstNet, SurgiNet Anesthesia, FirstNet RadNet, PathNet, PowerNote, CPOE, PowerPlans, PowerChart, PowerWorks, PowerChart Maternity, Dragon, and Dragon Method One (DMO).

Document the process of implementation and support for the project.

Analyze and resolve issues encountered by the team during the implementation of all products/systems.

Serve as the client’s application expert, ensuring the system set up supports workflow decisions.

Assist as the Subject Matter Experts (SME) of EMR project.

Run/Analyze weekly CPOE, Sepsis and Discharge Compliance Report and post on Sharepoint.

EMR, CPOE, PDOC training for newly hired providers and provide users with login access (network and Meditech).

Document meeting minutes accurately and share concerns with leadership using effective communication both verbal and written.

Assure the movement of information and its purpose to the team members in order for the project to succeed and on stay on budget.

Built classroom curriculums, trained Clinicians (Providers, Registered Nurses, Ancillary staff and more) to use Cerner effectively with their workflow in mind.

Tested functionality and back loaded data for the Cerner product before its launch.

Provide workflow analysis and provided solutions in order to bridge any gaps that may have been overlooked during the workflow analysis process.

Served as help desk person for obtaining tickets and data with respects to issues that may arise during and post the Cerner go-live.

Used configuration tools in order to fix issues with login and password reset issues.

Set preferences and favorites for individual users of Cerner in order for the use of the application can be applied to their specific role.

Called by management to satisfy specific projects with in the Cerner application.
