Duties include; answering phone calls, admitting and discharging of patients, communicating with outside resources, building client/ patient relationships, and maintaining a scheduled flow to the hospital.

I have been a waitress/ trainer in multiple restaurants since 2014, in which I completed the tasks of; delivering efficient and friendly service, serving food and beverages, and training new employees on correct procedures and exceptional customer service.
Fairmont Chateau Whistler May 2016- 2017
Room attendant/ Gold Floor Lounge Waitress; provided service to guests both; in room with cleanliness and up keep, as well as in the lounge where I served beverages and food. Building unforgettable relationships and experiences while they visited the beautiful mountains in British Columbia.

I graduate from the Veterinary Assistant program with high regards from my teachers and peers. As well as completed a 120hr placement with Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre in Napanee.
University of Ontario Institute of Technology/Durham College September 2013- 2016
Completed my college diploma in Police Foundations at Durham College, then proceeded to start the bridging program for Criminology with the goal to obtain my degree, I decided to withdraw and gain more experience in other career interests.
