Testing & optimizing various Products passive and active devices such a power supply, RF Transmission and Receive paths.

To Develop ATE Test jig based on the ATE input and output parameters.

To derived on test jig based on UUT specifications. i.e. Module Output power, input power, gain and TRM parameters.

Usage of equipment and instruments to developing jig for ATE is a 1:16 power divider, 30 dB Attenuators, Isolators, RF couplers and RF connectors connectors.

Support technicians with troubleshooting and program meetings in developing root cause and corrective actions.

Work closely with other RF engineers and baseband algorithms engineers to optimize the overall wireless communication system performance.

Working with manufacturing and product development engineers for yield improvements and test time reduction.

Communicating with customer for understanding their requirements and Facilitation inspection and Testing of new products as well as components before starting testing. Equipment's Handling:-

Handle of various RF testing equipment’s, Rohde & Schwarz MXA Signal Analyzer (N9000B), Keysight Spectrum Analyzers, R&S Spectrum Analyzers, Agilent Signal Generators, Keysight Network Analyzers (5222A), Noise Figure Analyzer (Keysight N8975A), Noise Source (N4002A) Power Meters (R&S NPR-Z81), Oscilloscope (Tektronix TDS3011B, TD3045B), Programmable Power Supply (4 Channel), programmable Digital Multimeter and Various RF measuring instruments.

The Quad Transmit and Receive Module Consists of four Independent T/R Module with 1:4 splitter / combiner at the Tx I/P Rx O/P. QTRM essential elements for the construction of Active Phased Array Antennas with a broad range of applications for Radars communication and electronic warfare systems. The main role of QTRM is to amplify the both Transmit and Receive Signals. The operating frequency of X-band (10-10.5 GHZ). Given Input power is 8dbm and Output power is 26 dBm. The gain of the QTRM is 18 dB, also controls Six-bit phase shift and Attenuator. The control signals for QTRM are generated b on board FPGA. Educational Qualifications: -
