“Ground Water Quality Analysis” near Vamanjoor Dumpyard, Mangaluru. Project Work

To study the Groundwater quality near vamanjoor dump yard, Mangaluru by determining the physical, chemical and biological properties of the water around the dumpsite.

To compare the results obtained with the BIS results.

Analyzing the quality of groundwater during post-monsoon and pre-monsoon.

Studying and analyzing, how safe is the groundwater for population residing.

A comparative study was performed.

Comparison was based on BIS standard.

Extensive Survey Camp

● Camp involved New Tank Project, Old Tank Project, Investigation, Surveying, Planning and design work to be carried out on a proposed water supply system and Highway.

● The process provided practical knowledge and improved understanding of on field application, providing better insight into analytical situations requiring special attentions to evaluate the best viable alternative.
