Led a project team to transition all DRC functions to a self-service model for managers to obtain staff-and self-development tools. Moved on to manage conversion training for all lines of business.

Hired as a credit clerk and worked up to a manager and loan officer. Responsibilities included adjudicating credit for secured and unsecured loans, and indirect auto leases. Managed a staff who supported home equity documentation, indirect credit customers, and banking offices. Worked on a project team to design a corporate-wide credit-scoring program to streamline the application process. Also worked with a local credit bureau to develop and implement an automated credit application processing system to further streamline the process.
