Performed a variety of roles in the Learning Management space including, Instructional Designer and Developer, Manager, Consultant, Training Grant Lead, and Learning Business Partner. Managed, trained, observed, coached and scheduled a team of 25 contract facilitators while designing and developing the first companywide leadership development curriculum. Managed an LMS technical support team who provided guidance and direction to over 200 LMS Administrators while designing and developing leadership, business and professional development courses. Maintained and enhanced the New Employee Orientation program annually. Created a new employee orientation program for new employees brought on by acquisition. Managed vendor relationships and performed budget/invoicing support for multiple vendors. Led training grant initiatives that earned the company more than $1 million dollars over an 8-year span. Managed a staff of designers and trainers in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Louisville, Indianapolis and Chicago. 1-2000 to 12-2000 Development Resource Center Manager

Directed the Development Resource Center (DRC) and provided leadership support for performance consultants. Led a project team to transition all DRC functions to a self-service model for managers to obtain staff-and self-development tools. Revised internal self-paced management training and testing programs to reflect the new procurement process. Provided training to new performance consultants.

1-1995 to 12-1999 Performance Consultant

Consulted with managers and supervisors with training and development issues across six states. Analyzed needs to determine the most appropriate intervention. Led a project team to streamline and automate DRC functions. Designed a handbook for performance consultants. Participated on a team to design and develop the Early Success orientation program for new employees. Participated on a project team to create the DRC, a central point for development resources for managers and supervisors (replaced an internal training catalog and a staff of internal trainers). Worked with project resources to obtain hardware, software and staff for the DRC. Led a project team to design a curriculum for managers resulting in twelve self-paced courses (included online level two testing and tracking) and a follow-up workshop focused on HR issues most often addressed by managers. Recruited for this position to design, develop, and deliver installment lending-related training and reference material to employees of acquired banks converting to National City systems and processes. Responsibilities included impact-analysis, needs assessment, and post-conversion support. Began managing conversion training plans to support other lines of business, including retail and operations. Moved on to manage conversion training for all lines of business.

9-1977 to 12-1989 Loan Officer and Staff Manager

Hired as a credit clerk and worked up to a manager and loan officer. Responsibilities included adjudicating credit for secured and unsecured loans, and indirect auto leases. Made sales calls to auto dealers to strengthen business relationships and solicit new business. Managed a staff who supported home equity documentation, indirect credit customers, and banking offices. Worked on a project team to design a corporate-wide credit-scoring program to streamline the application process. Also worked with a local credit bureau to develop and implement an automated credit application processing system to further streamline the process.
