Responsible for motors and drives ranging from 5hp to 5000hp, overhead cranes ranging from 30 ton to 275 ton and transformers with input voltages from 13800 to 2300 Vac. Familiar with complex hydraulic systems ranging from 150 to 3000 psi. Supervised and evaluated work and used troubleshooting skills to maintain the mill.

Custom designed an Integrated Body Control Module production tester during a one year project. Designed and procured all hardware. Wrote the control program for the project using MS Visual Basic communicating with GPIB and VME interfaces. Debugged the program and calibrated the equipment. The total budget that was allocated for this project was 1.6 million, with final completion the cost arrived at 1.2 million dollars saving 400,000 dollars. The tester was placed online at 10 months, 2 months early.
