I started in the Bakery. Then worked both days and nights. Making and baking in the evenings. During the day, it was customers service, and wrapping of products. I then got transferred to the Meat/Seafood Dept. Cutting/wrapping products. Working with the public. I also did orders of products and inventory at the end of the month. When they had Supervisors leave suddenly... I would run the department as if it was my own. I did this on several occasions and many months at a time.

I worked with both Beef, pork, and chicken products, along with everything Seafood. Ordering, Thawing, packaging, dating, selling. I also made/mixed meat and seafood products, selling them to the public.

I enjoyed doing the job and interacting with the public. I have a nice amount of clientele from which I handle their products for them. I am a trusted employee... handling raw products for the public to consume. For free advice, I gave my customers suggestions on how to handle, cook, clean, these products that they buy. Along with suggestions on how to save money.

I was hired on as a Laborer. and was moved into the Electricians Helper Dept. I learned how to bend and thread pipe. Pull Conduit.. and ALL~ Fixing of temporary lighting. I mastered making cable trays and lifting heavy steel. I know the parts and what to do with them. I know the tools and what they are for. During my employment... I was also helping in the Security Dept and Helped with flagging. I was watch woman for the heavy equipment and did security at the front gate. My employment there, was nothing that I could not learn, for it came to me easily. I absolutely loved this position and am requesting to return to this dept as an Electricians Assistant. Would also request to be sent to school, for more experience. My employment with Shaw has been the best! I really enjoyed the employees and the company. Everybody was good to me.
