Ensuring floor staffs are formally and adequately trained for their positions and have a thorough understanding of the duties associated with their jobs.
Providing on-going training on new policies and procedures as they are incorporated.
Preparing schedules, to balance the cost of labour against the projected sales.

Maintenance and administration of the company facilities, specifically all customer facing areas.
Control the requisitioning. Storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
Monitoring all costs and recommends measures to control them.
Ensuring efficient flow of information from FOH to BOH.
To assist in the formulation of the Annual Operating Budget for the Restaurant, determining outlet projected revenues and expenses.
Ensure the continued profitability of KIZA Restaurant and Lounge
To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
To maintain good working relationship as with own colleagues, and all other departments.
To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.
