Provide client facing Project Management Services to cluster and ministry clients through the ITS Project Management Office (PMO). Day-to-day project management involved:

●Asset and Configuration management of servers and applications. Managed Server refresh and backup of Clarity folders, database and customizations for various Ministry clusters.
●Developed the Complex Move strategy/program and developed Move templates for OPS and personally managed several ITS Service areas with relocating staff for over 30 government/cluster offices (including the office of the Deputy Minister) for (CAC, HSC, CSC, GSDC, JTS etc.) within Ontario during this period which included relocating/consolidating the server/s as well as managing all voice and data requirements, fiber installs and other upgrades or enhancements. Worked closely with cross-functional ITS Telecoms (Telco) and Service Management groups as well as with vendors (TELUS/Bell) in order to determine the necessary cabling (for Cisco data & voice) required for the sites. Managed the technical teams across Ontario for all Complex Moves and cross trained Project Managers in the ITS PMO on the Complex Move process.
