1. PSH (PORR-SBG-HBK JV)

Worked as QA/QC Mechanical Inspector along PSH-JV, Qatar, for GREEN LINE METRO UNDERGROUND PROJECT, QATAR from Dec 2017 to Feb 2019 Designation: QA/QC Mechanical Inspector, Reporting to: Senior QA/QC Engineer Responsibilities:

Report to the QA/QC Engineer, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.

Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan.

Inspections for the installation and testing of Domestic water line, Sanitary waste, Rainwater, CDP, Vent line, Fire water line, Chilled water line, Refrigerant piping HVAC ducting, Fan Coil Units (FCU), AHU, Elevators, Escalators etc.

Ensuring proper implementation of quality procedures and instructions.

Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken

Raise WIR according to the ITP and carry out inspections along with the Consultant representatives.
