Work Experience:

1.Currently working at Deloitte USI Consulting as a Business Technology Analyst since July, 2018.

Project : Argus Safety 8.1.1 Hypercare (Global pharmaceutical headquartered in Japan)

Responsibilities include:

Argus Safety Configuration: Responsible for performing day to day configurations related to Products, Studies, Reporting Rules etc.. Liaisoning with client’s and project teams (India and other Geographical locations, i.e., Japan, US and EU)

Testing and Validation: IQ and OQ scripts on Argus Safety 8.1.1.

•Manual Testing: Bug finding on MedWatch application for pharmaceutical client.

•Case Triaging: Case processing and confirm generation of reports for Application testing.

•Business configuration: Both front and back end of Argus Safety.

•Service Now support: Incident and Change request global support to the global pharmaceutical client.

•Trainings/Production Support: Train employees on Japanese social and business culture

Tri-weekly Report: Incidents and Change Requests reporting through from Service Now.

•To work on Database using SQL queries.

Remote troubleshooting of client issues.

Japanese Language Support: Japanese translation and interpretation of R2, R3 reports and support to the co-workers.

2.Worked at FCC Clutch India Private Limited as a Japanese language consultant from

Mar, 2017 - July, 2018.

•Performing Quality Control Audits with Japanese HOD(Head of Department)

•Translation and interpretation of reports and documents from English to Japanese and Japanese to English.

•Prepare reports and meeting notes and share them with other departments.

1.Will complete MBA in IT and HR from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University in Oct, 2019.

2.Passed B.A. from Delhi University in Arts and Humanities in 2009.

•Pursuing AWS Solutions Architect Course.

•ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) FOUNDATION exam with 95% score.
