Descripton of internship - 1) Learnt about various tools of FUSION 360 and explored each workbenches.
2) Designed and assembled various 2D and 3D drawings such as Bevel gear, ace indexing, hydraulic cylinder inlet and outlet, belt roller support and flange. INTERNSHIP PROJECT
Project title - CAD SCOOTER.
Software used - AUTODESK FUSION 360.
Workbench used - Modelling, Patch, Render and Animation.
Duration of project - 5 days (2 days for drawing 2d sketches and 3 days for developing and assembly of parts)
Description – The project is a team work of 4 members. We have developed a CAD SCOOTER by designing its parts and giving proper dimensions to them. It had a 9 parts i.e, wheel stem, supporting structure, handle bar, chassis, clamps, tyres, grippers, nut and bolt. As a group leader, I have designed and developed wheel stem, chassis and supporting structures. At last, all the 9 parts were assembled to get a final model of scooter. FINAL YEAR PROJECT
Name - Design and Development of 2 Wheeler Electric Scooter.

Role – Worked as Team leader and modified the chassis according to requirement, determined the angle for placing the fork as well as shock absorbers and adjusted swingarm to get desired ground clearance.
Description - The main objective of this project is to develop an electric scooter that is more compact, light in weight and reliable than the Normal electric scooter available in the market. The proposed model can carry a load upto 160kgs. Unlike, the normal scooter which uses motor power of 500W and battery capacity of 36V, we have used a motor power of 800W and battery capacity of 48V and got a cruising speed of 40-45 km/hr, which is more than the normal scooter. The proposed model has a ground clearance of 320mm, range of 40km and the overall weight of the vehicle was 35kgs (including batteries).
