ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

MAJOR PROJECTS

1) Project Name : JNJ Colombia

Location : Onshore- Tempe, US/Bogota, CO

Environment : OTM/GTM 6.3

Role : Techno Functional Analyst/project manager

Project Description : First phase of JNJ Colombia implementation was completed in May 2012 and current scope of the project is the extension to it and involved on freight settlement, extensive PO management and implement trading controls. The invoice management deals with registering invoice, updating it and approval of them. Also involved with allocation of invoice charges back to the PO Lines received from JNJ SAP system. Generic bulk invoice uploader template tool developed for more customers to be on boarded easily. Users are given option to upload documents in SCI. Users were able to screen the purchase orders and part numbers and thus collectively able to decide to process the PO further in SCI. Screening controls and licenses were also implemented during the course of the project. Duty and VAT calculations were calculated for successful screened shipments.

2) Project Name : John Deere US-LLP

Location : Onshore- Tempe, US

Environment : OTM/GTM 6.3

Role : Techno Functional Analyst/Team Lead

Project Description : DHL uses SCI as the tool for the visibility of the Deere Shipments handled by DGF. Transport Request and shipments are created using SCI. Users can create TR and consolidate them based on the business rules and various rate contracts set up in SCI. Once the Shipment is created in SCI, booking information is sent to DGF origin station. 3PL users have access to the SCI application to view and add events against the shipments. Orders were used as the base to screen for possible set of documents, ensuring the delivery is to eligible countries. Orders and Vendor data were used to configure dashboard and thus helping the super users to control and monitor. Items being moved were screened and classified to have them on documents being submitted. Custom regulation rules were set up to be complaint with trading.

3) Project Name : SAAB Sweden LLP

Location : Onshore- Bracknell, UK

Environment : OTM 5.5 CU6

Role : Business Analyst/Technical Analyst

Project Description : SAAB Transport Request and shipments are created using SCI. TR information is sent to SCI from ERP system of SAAB and also provision is given for the users to create a TR in SCI. Consolidation of TR is done based on the business rules. Once the Shipment is created in SCI, booking information is sent to Carrier. Carriers have access to the SCI application to view and add events against the shipments. Also SCI is being integrated with IFS, Carrier portal. The project is based from LLP framework. Also incorporates various exceptional scenarios with easy way of handling in SCI.

4) Project Name : ALLEX Japan

Location : Onshore- Tokyo, JP

Environment : OTM 5.5 CU3

Role : Technical Analyst

Project Description : The project involved in initial business requirements understanding, analyzing, and in providing the solutions by using OTM. Involved in providing the CRP1 and CRP2 for better understanding of the requirements and improving the OTM competencies to the CTC team.
