1. Prepares Program of Receipts
and Expenditures (PRE), Annual Budget Proposal (ABP) & Projects Procurement Management Plan (PPMP) of the College of Medicine Fund, Special Medicine Fund, Clerkship Fee, MAT Fee & Revalida Fee; 2. Prepares disbursement vouchers (billing statement, affiliation fees, reimbursement, etc.) and payrolls (salaries & honorarium payment of faculty & staff);
3. Checks the entire inventories (office supplies, office equipment and instructional materials) of the college;
4. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, presentations, setting up for meetings and reordering supplies.
5. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
6. Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party. 7. Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
8. Greet and assist visitors.
9. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
10. Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
11. Acts as a liaison of the college to other colleges/units of the university; 12. Routes request letters to other offices;
