Efficient offshore Stimulation Equipment package: Develop a modular, skid-based equipment package for offshore well stimulation that can be quickly assembled on the 45 ft x 145 ft deck of a supply vessel(ship).
K2 Tractor: The project goal is the development of a Coiled Tubing (CT) intervention tractor to be used in highly deviated and horizontal wellbores. The objective of this tool is to assist coiled tubing reach the desired wellbore depth. Depending on the geometry of the well, the wellbore environment and the CT size, helical lock-up can occur. When this occurs, a CT tractor tool would pull the CT from the bottom hole end, which will allow further wellbore reach.
MULTI ZONE EXPRESS SERVICE TOOL: A sand control completion typically involves several trips to install, perforating cleanup, and treating. For a well with multiple zones, each of these processes is repeated for each zone. It is a goal to install a multi-zone completion with many fewer trips, and consequently saving rig time and cost to the operator. The MZ Xpress system is therefore aimed at optimizing well treatment and the completion. The MZ- Xpress System is a combination of completion equipment and service tools that provide the ability Install a multiple zone completion and perform multiple sand control Treatments in a single trip. It is specifically designed to perform frac packs and gravel packs in multi zones, greatly reducing intervention/completion times.
