1. Quality Assurance Engineer at Salesforce.com- Aug 2017- Aug 2019:

Salesforce.com is SaaS cloud based CRM. I worked here as a Quality Assurance Engineer to help with testing their software.

As part of this role, my daily job duties include:

1.Understanding business requirements in Sprint planning meetings.

2.Creating comprehensive test plans and test cases for new features for all the scrum teams.

3.Executing test plans in different browsers on desktop.

4.Testing in different Android and iOS mobile devices for Salesforce app and mobile browsers.

5.Logging bugs and tracking them.

6.Functional and regression testing of existing features.

7.Test plan review meetings and bug triaging meetings.

Role: I worked with Project Managers, Developers and QA Managers to create test plans for the new feature. I was responsible for non just Manual testing but also Salesforce domain testing of the new feature. I was responsible for testing the new feature in different browsers and Mobile devices (browser and app)

2.Platform Actions

Platform Actions lets Users create custom actions.

I was the only Quality Assurance Engineer for testing ‘Action Overrides’ feature.

Role: I worked with the scrum team to understand create Setup and Runtime test plan for the feature. I was responsible to test the feature in browsers, iPad and Mobile devices.

3.Real Time Collaboration

Real Time Collaboration team worked on incorporating Skype and Spark into Salesforece.com for communication between different profile users.

Role: I worked with the scrum team to create comprehensive test plan for Skype and Spark. I learnt about testing Chatting and video calling feature in different browsers and devices. Logged bugs and narrowed bugs caused due to Salesforce domain and Skype & Spark.
