MY MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED:
Design and update HR policies and procedures with regard to labor laws, company policies, practices and introducing best HR practices to ensure organizational chart, job descriptions for all positions are up to date.
Ensure effective employee relations through professional compliance with policies and procedures.
Conduct timely and cost-effective recruitment campaigns by using psychometric assessments and interviews maintaining employee’s benefits programs and informing employees of benefits.

Prepare monthly HR reports for top management, comparing them with previous reports to interpret and analyze trends, find possible reasons for the gaps and suggesting for corrective measures.
Supervise activities of office security at factory and maintenance of office equipment’s, furniture, fixture and fittings etc.
Responsible for overseeing and managing company's overall supply chain, procurement and warehouse strategy and operations in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity.
