Supervisor to more than 20 Nurses whom are grade 6, 7, and 8 nurses. Supervisor duties: rostering, oversight of the Nursing care in clinic, and a contributing role in the operations, accreditation (through the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards), and committees within the Medical Services Department, in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Manager, Clinical Services Manager, Allied Health Manager, Medical Director, Senior Aviation Medical Examiners, and other admin staff.
Clinically: included; travel medicine and vaccination clinics, Primary Care Basic Clinics: wound care, cryotherapy, managing ENT issues for example: barotrauma (recurrent issues in related to Aviation Medicine).
