. As on date I have more than 23 years’ experience in the Civil Engineering field. Initially I started my career as a project engineer in India. Out of 23 years, for 9 years I have served in two reputed firms based in the Gulf region as Quantity surveyor for the post contract works. Under the supervision of RICS member

During the above period I have acquired vast experience in dealing with all Techno-Commercial matters of contract (FIDIC), Preparation of Interim and Final Valuations, Labour cost/value Reconciliation based on Project Budget, Preparation of Variations and liaison with Client/Consultant/Main Contractor for approval and further necessary action.

Apart from the above, I also have experience in Coordinating with planning department to prepare clause-14programme, Comparison of B.O.Q quantities with contract drawing and finding the variations in qty & miss out items from B.O.Q, Evaluation of Variation of Subcontractors, Evaluation of Incentive Bills, Monitoring and Controlling of Manpower requirement as per Construction Programme and monitoring transactions pertaining to Cash Flow Statements.
