PIPING DESIGN ENGINEER / PDMS&E3D ADMINISTRATOR

Preparation of Plant & equipment Layout, Piping GA, Support detailing, Isometric checking with good engineering practice & Standards.

Extracting piping, equipment and support GAD’s by using PDMS DRAFT module.

Transfer specifications and catalogues within various projects in PDMS.

Pipe support span calculation for pipes with various materials and pipe wall thickness calculation, Piping stress analyzing concepts and HAZOP/HAZID study.

Conversant with international codes such as ASME, ANSI, API & DIN, etc..,

Report customization for piping in Design Module (PDMS) and cross check it with the piping manual specifications and line list.

Report customization for piping in Paragon Module (PDMS) and cross check it with the PMS and VMS.

3D Specification and 3D catalogue updation in PDMS as per latest revisions.

Reports customization as per the project requirements and extracting MTO for piping and supports.

Model Reviewing 30%, 60 %, 90% using Navisworks freedom and Resolving modeling comments and updating the 3D model.

Extraction of Clash reports and cross check with model and update.

Assigning user defined attributes (UDA) for various PDMS module.

Preparation of Backing sheet and isometric set up for Isometric generation for various projects.

Extracting Isometric drawing for piping and cross check it with P&ID and update the model.

Basic understanding in programmable macro language (PML) and PML programming.

Data analysis and data interpretation by Advanced Excel and VBA.

Good knowledge and experience in ERP and software SAP ERP.

Design & Detail engineering with fundamental engineering concepts, Feasibility study and Project documentation.
