Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, HSE reporting, coordination, and implementation of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.

HSE SUPERVISOR/Lead - JV Field Offshore Operations (Mar.2012 to Present)

Provide support to the Project and Operation team in all aspects of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental issues, to include, monitoring high risk operations such as work at heights, hot works, atmospheric checks for Benzene, LEL, O2, and H2S before entry into confined spaces, and maintaining F1 scaffold register and certification.

Develop drill setups for review and approval before drill exercises, and perform Emergency Team Leader (ETL) duties during real emergencies or emergency drill exercises.

Maintain up to date SYNERGI entries for all reported and approved anomalies, incidents and accidents, audit actions, downgraded situations (DGS), and cause tree analysis (CTA) findingsand follow up with Action Responsible Parties to ensure timely closure of identified actions.

Coordinate completion of several audits including toxicity/inhibition, electrical, process, PTW, and DGS Audits, while ensuring timely preparation of status report for management review.

Provide support to the dept. on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives in line with ISO 14001, and OHSAS 45001 Standards.
