Created the global supply chain and contract manufacturing facility, producing hi-tech consumer goods. Supervised 10 indirect reports responsible for quality, receiving, mechanical and electrical engineering. Directed $5M in spending and $25M in CAPEX. Promoted from contract to full-time in October 2018 to facilitate major changes by providing consulting and management advice on the development of a new, non-aerospace products Developed from the ground up an alternate supply chain and a manufacturing Business Unit (Non-Aerospace) within the Aerospace Factory (AS9100) that required compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and ITAR.

Sourced, evaluated and audited electronic components manufacturers, contract manufacturers and 3rd party logistic companies to be compliant with the less stringent ISO requirements. Ion 360 was a Digital manufacturing Start-up company developing a 360º camera for smartphones Contract Manufacturer (Box Build) based in Shenzhen China.

Created a new supply chain from the ground up, covering manufacturing, quality, procurement, reverse logistics, and repair center. Worked with Contract Manufacturers upper management to develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline new product introduction, procurement, and supply chain operations with an emphasis on smaller quantity productions that drove efficiencies. Collaborated with manufacturers in China, driving process improvements that resulted in first pass yields of 99.8% and failure rates of 25 PPM. Managed 35 indirect reports including factory upper-management, Quality, Receiving, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

Managed spend of $ 5M in CAPEX for Tooling, Production Equipment, Test Equipment, Software. Direct Spend: $3.5M. Investigated supply chain procedures for products, utilizing global reverse logistics and repair center data to develop and execute strategies that drove operational optimization.

Supply Chain Manager 3-Month Contract, Yuba City, CA 5/2017 – 07/2017

Amcor Global, develops and produces responsible packaging for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, medical, home - and personal-care, and other products. The company has $13B in sales, 50,000 employees and 250 sites worldwide.

Contracted to lead a team of 11 employees in planning, forecasting procurement, and customer service efforts through the elimination of production backlogs. Oversaw change management and new communication strategies for new management after 50% of staff left with previous owner.
