Worked with Contract Manufacturers upper management to develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline new product introduction, procurement, and supply chain operations with an emphasis on smaller quantity productions that drove efficiencies. Collaborated with manufacturers in China, driving process improvements that resulted in first pass yields of 99.8% and failure rates of 25 PPM.
