Project Description:

Payment Innovation Management System (PIMS) is a system through which the payments are calculated and made to EPHC providers for their quality service. EPHC is a program started in order to increase quality in the health care by anthem. PIMS includes 4 sub modules namely, affinity and attribution, Payment Model, Financial Transaction, GBD.

As a part of Affinity and Attribution team we need to fetch the data of all providers and consumers those who have opted for this EPHC program and by applying different algorithms, we need to derive affinity at member level. Using this affinity the members will be attributed to the providers.

This attributed date is source to next application/module while defining the provider performance and setting them targets and based on the performance, providers are paid incentives for the quality service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attending the daily scrum calls in understanding the requirements.

• Understanding the requirement and creating test scenarios.

• Interacting with Dev team in order to understand the functionality and prepare test cases.

• Reviewing the test scenarios with test lead/BI.

• Perform SIT testing and checking if the functionality is working as per the requirements.

• Raise the defect if any mismatch against requirement and reporting to dev team.

• Retesting the defects and setting the status of defect post pretest.

• Automate the possible test cases.
