Application development (Project Name- Smart Tools by Ampcontrol)

Software application faced communication problem with PF1 relay when connected in different scenarios and the failure happened 70% of all time

Designed a solution to ensure smooth communication between application and relay

Implemented solution, new change requests, fixed existing bugs and improved code quality

Improved application strengthens the communication between both by reducing the failure to 0%

Generated weekly work reports and executables for Windows 7 (x64 and x86) and Windows 8, 10 for client

Application Development (Project Name- Lenze Timesheet Tool)

Original tool had many bugs and time spent on using it was high (~ 30 min/resource)

Enhanced the tool by making the UI more user-friendly and implementing new functionalities and change requests

Six Sigma tools used like project charter, VOC, control chart, p-map, etc.

Modernized application resulted in increased efficiency by 2.6% and reducing man-hours by 90%

Framework Design (Project Name- Easy Starter Application)

Earlier application was too bulky which resulted as inefficient in modifying current source code and difficult to add new functionalities

Proposed the theory to segregate the recorded objects and their implementation in different file

Designed a new automation framework to deal with recorded objects and their source code
