NAPA TRACS is a shop Management tool that helps over 10,000 shops manage and grow their businesses with cutting-edge estimating, shop management, customer retention, accounting, wireless and technical information tools. I am working as Business Analyst + Delivery Manager in this current assignment. It was initially planned as a short-term fixed price assignment to analyze the automation capabilities and establish a framework that best suits their Desktop application. It was nearly an impossible task, but we have successfully implemented an automation framework in ASP.net and C# platform. We have automated 24 complex use cases within 2 months including all the necessary documentations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assess the application and document the application capabilities.

Work with the Product Owner and Chief Architect to understand the application and project scope in detail.

Prepare business use cases, review with Product Owner and work with the team in automating the use cases.
