NAPA TRACS is a shop Management tool that helps over 10,000 shops manage and grow their businesses with cutting-edge estimating, shop management, customer retention, accounting, wireless and technical information tools. I am working as Business Analyst + Delivery Manager in this current assignment. It was initially planned as a short-term fixed price assignment to analyze the automation capabilities and establish a framework that best suits their Desktop application. It was nearly an impossible task, but we have successfully implemented an automation framework in ASP.net and C# platform. We have automated 24 complex use cases within 2 months including all the necessary documentations.
