As Logistics Executive responsibilities:-
Provide day-to-day site support services, temporary Services, satellite welfare facilities and waste Management.
Plan internal and external logistics routes as per the road restriction schedules, coordinating through the project phases focusing on deployment schedules for machinery and manpower, maintenance of haul roads, traffic signages, traffic diversion, lay down area management, loading and offloading.
Site wide logistics coordination focusing on operative’s welfare area management and temporary welfare stations. Up keeping the cleanliness of the worker rest areas, toilets, dining halls and water stations.
Coordination with the Security Team, Traffic management and access/egress control.
Provide first point of contact for any incidents within the project site and ensure procedures are followed.

Plan site set-up to move labor, plant, transportation and materials around site efficiently (eg: hoarding, gates, site accommodation, cranes, hoists, security and weighbridge.

Manage all aspects of transportation services including scheduling of vehicles as well as driver shift and vehicle maintenance

Responsible for the overall Accommodation management and maintenance including repairs
Maintain the Accommodation as per the established policies and procedures of the company.
Monitor morning shifts to sites i.e. mobilization of workforce to different sites coordinating with supervisors to
ensure all workers are allocated to their appropriate sites
Prepare and maintain the Attendance and time records on daily basis
Point of contact between the workers and the administration office
Ensure DM standards are practiced at the labour/Staff Accommodation and safety standards are maintained.
Supervising staff and labor accommodation cleanliness as per companies HSE Management System
Ensure adherence of HSE requirements and codes of conduct of company and municipality on sites.
Arrange and attend tool box and safety brefings and maintain records
Establish adequate planning to remobilizing of temporary facilities in coordination with site HSE Team
and providing necessary resources accordingly.
Monitor Accommodation activities, room allocation adherence to rules and regulations
Apply cost cutting measures to unnecessary wastage to water and electricity
Monitor Repair and maintenance works are notified registered and attended
Attend sick workers ensuring their welfare that they receive proper medical treatment
Ensure and maintain a safe and clean Accommodation environment, Identify and report unsafe acts and
conditions to Admin manager
Maintain first aid room and replenish first aid supplies
Attend to welfare issues for all workers and give a proper feedback to the admin manager for action
